We proposed accessibility part: 1 "Colour Vision Deficiency" in MPEG-21 part: 7 Digital Item Adaptation (DIA) and our proposal was adopted into the MPEG-21 Digital Item Adaptation AM (v1.1). We are still on the road to standardization on "Color Vision Deficiency" in the MPEG-21 DIA. In relation to this, followings were broadcasted in 2003.04.21
